Climbers & Groundcovers are spreading plants that are used to cover horizontal or vertical surfaces. Some climbers will attach to walls whilst others require a trellis, arch or framework to climb over. Groundcovers on the other hand are often used to fill garden beds, hang down retaining walls, preserve the topsoil on a slope or as a lawn alternative. Some varieties such as Dichonrda repens and Dichondra ‘Silver Falls’ can be used as gorgeous potted hanging plants as well.
