5 minutes drive south of Dandenong on the Frankston-Dandenong Road
the Carrum Downs store is just 10 minutes drive from the Princess
Hwy the Monash Freeway and the peninsula freeway. There is an acre
and a half of plants on display with plenty of pots, pebbles, tools,
potting mix and bargains. |

Help
If you need assistance or information,
ask any of our staff in the bright blue "hellohello" uniforms. Each staff member
has a different job such as watering, restocking or sales, if that person can't help they
will direct you to the right person to assist you. |
Trolleys
If you need a trolley, empty
ones are kept by the entry or exit gates or just ask any of our staff and they will find you a
trolley. |

EFTPOS &
Credit cards
Eftpos, Visa, Bankcard &
MasterCard are all welcome. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques, Amex or Diners Cards. |

Put Plants Aside
If you wish to have plants put aside so that you can pick them up later, select your plants,
take them to the shop area, pay a deposit and they will be put in our holding yard. |
|
Delivery
If you wish to have plants delivered, we deliver
Melbourne wide almost every day. Ask our staff in the
information shed for the price to deliver to your area. |

Getting Plants To & Packing your Car
If you need to get plants to your car or if you are not
sure how to pack your vehicle, ask our staff and we will
help you take the plants to your car & pack them for
you. |

Toilets
Please ask out staff to direct you to the toilets located in the nursery. |

If you have any problems with our products or service do
not hesitate to complain to any of our staff, tell our

situation. |

Receipts
All prices shown are GST inclusive although GST is shown
as a separate amount on the bottom of your invoice. |

Exchange of Goods
We are happy to exchange goods within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in the same
condition as when they were purchased. Plants that have been planted or have wilted will not
be accepted for exchange. It is at the managers' discretion to exchange or replace goods
purchased. This will only be considered upon presentation of your original cash register
receipt. We are not able to give cash refunds, credit notes will be issued where applicable. |
